I don't think any of them are bad, and some of the ones being complained about seem very powerful to me.

My favorite, though, is probably the German one. 4 engineers is pretty boss. I also like the Ger, since it means building Calvary with 7 (!) XP to start with, possibly much more with West Point or something.

Ragnar's "Trading Post" seems very powerful, if you are a coastal empire.

Due to new evidence, the German Assyembly plant looks ver low, as well as the Mall, and Shale Plant always seemed low to me. And the Ikhanda looks better (now that there are fractions for gold)

Cothon is very good. In my Gold! thread I said that one got me 9 gold per turn.
