we cannot start a saved online multýplayer game

me and my frýend saved the game from the menu of the game and then when we load thýs game ý cannot see my frýens name(ý can see hýs cývýlýzatýon)and he cant see my name either.an d when we launch the game ýt says waýtýng for other player and the same for my frýend....if someone could help me ý would be really grateful...thanx in advance...
