    I'll answer what I know.

    1. Nukes.

    a) Can nukes be moved from one city to another and if so how?

    I don't think they can.

    c) Can they be loaded onto sea transports or submarines?

No need - they have unlimited range. Target needs to be in line of sight of another unit like a spy.

    d) Do they have unlimited range?

    Yeah.

    2. Demographics.

    a) What is the approval rating?

    Not sure.

    b) What factors determine life expectancy?

    Not sure.

Approval rating tells you how happy your people are. This is important because the higher it is faster you gain score.

The factors that affect life expectancy are the difference between the unhealthiness and the healthiness in all your cities.

Basically, if you make good decisions and don't go on Warpaths in which you lose miserably and lose all of your allies in the process, while being attacked over and over again by barbarians because your army is over-seas, and people are being drafted by the dozens while pollution is causing your sickened population to die of starvation and disease,

then your approval rating should be pretty fair.
