I saw there was a new unique unit called Chinese Cannon. Is this a 2nd UU for China, a replacment UU for China, or is it aviable for everyone? I saw that the is a new unit called Chinese Cannon in the video DanQ showed but I didn't get any more details on that so I'm not sure if you can talk about it. But if you can please answer.
