Did anyone notice, there aren't any aggressive civilizations that start with mining?

I don't think that it affects the game much. You can have minning researched before you have your first worker out.

What do you mean, aggressive civs don't start with mining???
As Rome I start with mining, and I am often quite aggressive!

There is a difference between an agressive Leader and an agressive human player, unless you are playing Random Personalities, in which case there is no telling what the human player will do.
                  If you aren't confused,
                  You don't understand.

It was a joke, eris. In this case a pun between aggressive trait and aggressive play and use of units by the player.
