"Your movies are not installed correctly"?

I boot up Civ IV and my intro movie doesn't play, instead a box comes up with this in it.

I've already tried reinstalling the game, and it didn't work. What do I do, and what does this mean?

That happened to me before once, I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked fine. Try that.

Er, I disabled movies, and it shows that. Silly thing. When I enable them again, they work...

I DID disable movies because my game would always crash with them (even after 1.61)...
