Isabella Converting Religion

I was told before that Isabella wont convert her religion. But on this game she did. I took a couple of screens to prove it the best I could.

As you can see by the first screen shot, near the top left it says Isabella has converted to Buddahasim (or however thats spelt) and from the 2nd that she founded, and you'll have to take my word for it (though it's not really an outrageous comment) that she had adopted Hinduism.

Sure, I've seen her do that.

In fact, I've seen her develop one religion, spread it, get me to convert to it, then develop another religion and switch to that one, then attack me for having the wrong religion.

Really, I guess I was just given bad information. But she has converted to someone elses religion, have you seen her do that or only develop 2 religions and switch from 1 to the other?

Well, she dosn't usually open borders unless you're already running her religion, so I really haven't ever had a chance to try to convert her. It's probably possible, though.

It is possible to convert her to your religion, but she almost certainly will not keep it if she's founded her own.

She did later switch back to Hinduism... But I was able to get her to switch to Buddahasim (or whatever) for 10 turns. Pretty hard to do I guess right?

And speaking of surprices, after a break from CivIV, I just started playing again, and had a game where, at one point, good ol' Monty switched civics to pacifism!
