I just downloaded the demo to my laptop, WinME, 256 Ram. I did this because someone said they got Civ4 to run a bit on Win 98.
Well, it downloaded, but when I tried to unzip it. I could not find the right place to open it. Winzip opened, but there were so many things to click on. The usual "exe" was not the right choice.
(Don't get me wrong. I know I need Win XP to run Civ4, but thought I would give the demo a try to see what it looked like.)
I really would like to see a bit of this game before I buy a big new computer in order to properly play the game.
Any thoughts on getting the demo to open?
