Ok, I'm obviously missing something here. When I implement certain civics, such as Slavery, and Universal Suffrage, it tells me I can do things such as sacrifice population to hurry production, and spend gold to finish production. The thing is, I've never found out how. I've looked all over the city overview screens and can't find anything, as well as looking at all the advisor screens and looking in the civlopedia thing..but still found nothing. What is it I'm missing?!
