10 turn Limit error?

I just started getting this error after loading 1.61. Anybody have any ideas what it could be?

I start a new game using standard options (see the Setup.jpg).

The game loads and I have only 10 turns left before someone wins a Time victory. I could turn the Time condition off, but I shouldn't have to.

The "ten turn limit" error with patch 1.61 is usually caused by using a no-cd crack.
