MP PBEM - mysteriously changing research choices, civics...etc between turns
This thread explains the situation.
Basically, between the turn leaving the player 'Dauphin I' and returning to player 'Dauphin I' some very strange things happen in the interim. These include an apparently impossible decision to switch to an unknown civic resulting in Anarchy, and a change in tech research path.
If anyone with the sufficient interest wants a gander at the saves they are attached to the posts in that thread (with passwords given on request via PM). Any and all input welcome.
