GameSpot has posted the official Warlords trailer. It is 30.6 MB big (hi res version)/13.7 MB (low res version) and about a minute long. A group of soldiers arm themselves and use a siege tower.

Note also on the official site we have confirmation that
Leader Traits – In addition to the many existing leader traits in Civilization IV, two new leader traits accompany the expansion.
My guess, is that the beta testers should be thanked for the 50% increase.
