  • WOnder becomes obsolete

Just wondering if when a wonder (or building like a monestary) become obsolete, do you lose EVERYTHING that it provided?

For example, the Great Library beocmes obsolete with Sci Method. I know you lose the the 2 free Scientists, but do you also lose the culture that it was providing per turn?

Monasteries lose their science bonus, but not their culture or their ability to produce missionaries.

Wonders lose their special ability, but not their culture or (since the latest patch) their Great People points.
Participating in my threads is mandatory. Those who do not do so will be forced, in their next game, to play a power directly between Catherine and Montezuma.

Oblisek obsoletion causes the player to lose the ability to build any more, but existing ones keep adding culture.

Stonehidge obsoletion causes all the free Obliskek's to disappear, but any that were already built should stay and the Stonehidge itself continues to provide Culture & (with latest patch) GP points.

Interestingly, after the stonehenge is obseleted, the obelisks vanish, but all the city you had free obelisks in keep making +1 "phantom" culture per turn as if the obelisk was still there.

In my game, when Stonehenge became obsolete, the +1 culture went away when the free obelisk disappeared. Are you sure the +1 you were getting afterwards was not from having a religion spread to the city?
