ok a new found this fault today when trying to load this save from Drac 
it then shut down civ
so retried it - failed
rebooted my machine - failed
ran virus checkers - failed
time and again, same error - failed
has anyone here seen this before?
please note other pbems are playing fine
I have asked that the person before me replay and resend, I waiting to hear from him
