mod trouble

Hi wonder if anyone can help? Been playing the world piece Mod as a hot seat but now I've patched to 1.61 it wont launch anymore starts wittering that it has too many siblings in one or more files and then crashes out. Is this simply because the designer used an older version or is something else going on. The tutorial Mod and American revolution Mod it's quite happy to load.
