Rush Build Costs

Well that's two of us that have noticed that new patch has done something radical about rush costs.

One must consider that the space elevator is in the same league as the Kremlin, though perhaps even more so: VICTORY for half the price. The rush inflation might well be specific to it -- it isn't a "project" so Firaxis felt they couldn't prohibit rush buying it, but they felt that they had to neutralize the Player's maximizing his advantage/exploit.

Jaybe, you might be right. Prior to the present patch, the Kremlin was a killer SP as it lowered the costs to rush build things dramatically. This included SP's. Now, not only has the power of the Kremlin been reduced, but the actual cost to rush-build at least the Space Elevator, and probably everything else, has been dramatically increased.

We were informed of the Kremlin. We were not informed of the increase in rush costs.
