  • Ok what is going on?

    See image:

The thing was flickering from this image to the normal one ever second (~5 FPS).

    Specs:

    Pentium IV 2.4
    1GB RAM
    Radeon 9600 AIW

Edit- Ok yes I do suck at this game. But that's not the point.

Patch version? 1.52 or the latest
      Graphics settings - all high
graphics card - ATI Radeon 9600 AIW
      Driver - Latest ATI Catalyst
      Direct X - 9.0c
      PC Specs:

      Pentium IV 2.4
      1GB RAM

It only happened once. I quit and so far never happened again. But the most common error is when it randomly crashes at times and automatically reboots.

That's usually a problem with your graphics card overheating and/or crashing (the crash/reboot). Honestly this is probably the same - graphics corruption or memory corruption (more likely the latter?)

Do you have memory heatsinks, and do you have fairly new and major brand memory?

I don't think the card can handle these settings. Try setting them to low. Also turn off in game antialiasing, if you have that on.
