is it possible to get into debug mode in multiplayer?

if so how do you do it? cause i press the ~ button but nothing comes up.

I'm at work - at the moment, but I'm about 90% sure there's a "Enable Cheats" checkbox in the MP options somewhere, isn't there?

Maybe I'm thinking of Warcraft 3? Don't recall...
