i can't seem to move them anywhere except for cities and i can't attack other units?

Aircraft don't move like normal units. They are based at a particular location then they can perform missions from there. If you look at the taskbar you'll see several icons which allow you to conduct those missions. Just click on the one you want to do then you can send the aircraft where you want it to.

If the defences are down to 0% you are not allowed to bomb

If troop strength is down to 50% you can't strike

You can B/S troops in the open or tile improvements

You can move them to Cities or Carriers.

Use them for either:

- recon missions.
- air patrol. (intercept enemy fighters/bombers)
- bombing citiy defences or tile improvements.

ok, stupid question, but what happened to my planes after the JApanese catapults killed my cavalry, don't the planes defend the city?

No... They don't drive too well on the ground (planes can't reverse under their own power) and so they aren't much use defending.

Planes, at least Fighters, only defend against other planes. Bombers don't even do that.

I'm sorry but what kind of whacko world do you live in wherein you are defending your airplanes with cavalry, all the while getting threatened by catapults???

does any1 else think that the expansion defnitely has to ave airfields similar to those in C3C?
