What's the latest you have founded an early religion such as Hinduism or Buddhism?
I don’t recall the exact date but I was playing Rome and researched Bronze, the wheel, pottery and mysticism (got agriculture from a goodie hut) when I noticed that no one had founded Hinduism yet! I usually go for the cheaper tech to get to priesthood (bad memory, can’t recall the name) and usually by then both religions are gone. I decided to try for it since it would only cost me one extra turn and I got it! Some civs can research this first and I got it on my fifth researched tech!
The game was prince/standard/continents. The ai’s were Washington, Kubli Kahn, Mansa Musa, Saladin, Peter and Huya (can’t spell that name!) One thing I am sure of is that Budisim must have been from a goodie hut since it was founded only five turns into the game.
