"Failed to uncompress game data"

I can't load any saved games

I keep getting the following message: "Failed to uncompress game data".. And then the program shutsdown

I run XP Home with service pack 2 and all updates installed. My hardware exceeds ALL recommendations.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

I had this same problem, couldnt load any saved game from within the game.


My fix:

Navigate to where the game stores the saved files, and just double click on the file your trying to load, it will open the game and go right to the file load screen and at which point for some reason it decides to work..
