On what difficulty, though? I find it hard to believe that on anything less than Noble, Kublai wouldn't have given a go at attacking you, unless your weak military is composed of riflemen and grenadiers and his larger one is all axemen and swordsmen.

Jvstin: hehe - He DID attack me about 100 years later and i had problems fending him off. After i had signed peace with him, Katharina comes across the sea and kicks me in my exposed butt for absolutely no reason nor any chance of lasting success (well, except razin my shrine-city). It pissed me off enough tho to quit the game (along with the massively tech trading A.I. - i wish they'd trade less with each other, sometimes it's just too much - but i dont wanna turn it off entirely). Level was Prince, 10 civs on a large. otherwise standard continent map. I played Rome.
