Simultaneous Victory?

Maybe someone can answer this question for me. I ask because in one of my last games I almost enabled two victory conditions on the same turn. I won diplomatic a diplomatic victory by voting for myself when I was less than one percent away from a domination victory. I would have gotten it the next turn.

Does anyone know what would happen if both happened in the same turn? Does one type of victory take precedence over another or do you get score bonuses for enabling multiple victories ( I think you should get a pretty hefty score bonus as this seems very difficult to do.)

Has anyone been able to acheive two or more simultaneous victories? It would be really cool if someone could get cultural / space race / domination all on the same turn.

The game probably follows a certain set of sequences. It would see you met the requirements for a Domination win and declare you the winner and not look at the votes in the UN. It could be the other way around and I could be dead wrong but it just seems they wouldn't bother work out the details for this rare occurance.
