Either put the ships next to a land tile and move the tanks onto it by right clicking, Or have both tanks and ship into the same city, select the tanks and click the board icon. Not too difficult I think

ok so I got it to work doses the land need to be flat.as I had tried right clicking on the transport in a few different places .
