Guide to choosing leader in Multiplayer Games

Earlier there was a link on http://www.2kgames.com/civ4 to a guide for different strategies/thing to think about depending on what leader you are in multiplayer.

I´ve been trying to find it, is there anyone who knows what I´m referring to?

The bad thing is that this guide considers only ancient start in some cases. Say, Saladin can chop some forests to rush with Camel Archers in Renaissance start. Redcoats are very deadly in a close start on Industrial. Ghandi is STRONG on just about every start because of Fast Workers and forest chopping (he's even better if forges are available from the start). Try not to take Russia on Ren start while enemy have it in a team and watch how Cossacks will steamroll someone in your team. And so on.
