Two badass error messages when opening game.

I've had the game since Christmas, and it worked fine then, now I'm getting these error messages as soon as I open the game.... Under normal circumstances I'd re-install but it isn't letting me for some reason!!! Help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance.
