  • (Noobie index): a guide to finding strategies

I have been on these threads for a while now and as a noobie to civ4 I have found a many great strategies that have helped improve my game however given the depth of gameplay in civ 4 the stategy section of this forum have become enormous which has given way to difficulties in finding good strategies, as a result I have decided to start an index of such strategies which should hopefully help people find them. The one thing I request is, for ease of reading is to not directly post your strategy on this page but rather place a link on here to your thread. Please use the following format when posting on here.

Type of strategy: (type here i.e. military, economy etc.)

Difficulty level: (Difficulty level this strategy has been tried on. i.e. warlord, emporer etc)

Summary of strat: (a few sentences describing the strategy)

    Link: (link to your thread)

Any posts here are always welcome, and request that everyone take advantage of this to create a quality index to spread ideas to our civer friends.. Thank you very much.

    -Dan

[edit to admin]: if at all possible if someone could keep this as a top message so that it doesn't get lost into the obyss so to speak that would be great. Thank you

Alright this appears to be a complete failure, I'm done here unless I see somebody other than me on this thread. Too bad I thought it'd be a great way to organize the great strategies that are on here.
