Screen changes after installing...

Sorry, to bother anyone, but after failing to install this game all my text/desktop icons have become smaller and all are to the left of the desktop, I still have a full screen but I can't get it back to what I had before, I've tried changing screen resolution and dpi but its nowhere near what I originally had that was comfortable on my eyes....any help?

Try right clicking on the desktop - Selecting "Properties" - "appearance" - "Effects" and select "Large Icons.
There are other things you can change through appearance too. Nothing is harmful and you might find something you like
