Ok so is this problem fixable. The way to "fix this.." is to have a card that has T & L capabilities. T & L has been around for over 5 years now. No code "u can just type ...." will get around it.
It does state on the box that T & L is needed.

I am running it on an old machine with a NVIDIA Geoforce4 MX 440 with AGP card and it runs OK so you dont need an expensive card. See the link in my preceeding post for a list of compatible cards.

I had the exact same problem at first. Try upgrading your video card driver; you can probably do that at Window's Upgrade.
