The religous shrines are world wonders, not national ones, albeit ones with an extra requirement and ones that are only 1 GPP per turn instead of 2. The holy city requirement makes the distinction almost moot, but you can still have 2 other national wonders in a city with 1 or more shrines.

It's true about the shrines, but I grouped them with the National Wonders because they give +1 GPP. I'll change the titles accordingly and make the fixes (thanks for catching the omissions, guys) offered.
* Entirely dependant on how many religions you have in your civilization and how many you found. Maximum possible is 45, with all shrines in one city, all cathedrals and temples built. However, using a practical example, a capital city that is the holy city for an early religion will be somewhere around 6 to 15.
