in-game screenshots?

until now I have been doing print-screens whenever taking screenshots, but I noticed in another thread that Vel suppplied screenshots which were taken 'in-game' with Civ4 dialog box that allowed to directly name the image. Was he using a plugin or something or have I simply missed this elementary command?

the config file has an option to allow taking screenshots "in game". with this option activated, I think you just have to press printscreen and a dialog box will appear, just like what you saw in the screenshots.

if you are talking about the 'allow screenshots' entry in CivilizationIV.ini then I already have it set to '1' but still no dialog.

so maybe there is some other setting?
