Can anywhere be found combat calculator as stand alone utility?

Sorry for the long absence, but school is getting fairly busy with my final project.

Anyhow, I've basically resolved to not look more in-depth into this problem until the SDK comes out; that way, we can take a look at the RNG and code directly.

Speaking of which, I wonder if the SDK will allow for cIV to be done on Ruby.
