Started a new game after installing the patch, and now I can't have permanent alliances with multiple people anymore. After I permanently allied with Frederick, it doesnt even show up on the diplomacy menu anymore. Weird....

Cyrus, Roosevelt, and Catherine are all Defense Pact'd, and friendly. Really, any one of them would work for a permanent alliance, but it isn't even on the screen.Comment
