1.52 readme?

1.52 readme?

has anyone seen the readme for this update?

There seem to be more options in the config file with 1.52, but I can't be sure.

For me I don't see any marked changes with this version -
I am reasonably stable but still get the excruciating slowness after a while.

P4 3.6G, 1Gb RAM, Nvidia 6800 256Mb
