Slow movies

After 1.52, my games run quite smoothly. But the wonder and victory movies are still slow.

- i have got a geforce ti 4200 128 mb 2xAGP and 1gb RAM
- anti aliasing is set to 0 (hardware and software)
- movies are set to 16bit

what else should i do?
where do i get the promised low-res movies?
