which file stores the scores?

I need to reonstall my computer and as a consequence civ4 too. Does anyone know which file i need to save to keep my highscores in CIV4?

Go to the civ4 folder in your my documents folder. Then look for a folder called "Replays". Each file in there represents a game you have finished, either by winning or losing. So you would want to copy that whole folder.
