Now for the real reason I posted. Anyone know of any World War II scenarios for Conquests that start in 1939 and are focused on Europe...though the whole world would be nice. Thanks.

You want us to -ignore- the other stuff, and suggest to you scenarios about World War II that run in cIV.
You could try the Desert War Scenario.
