Unit upgrade
I can have more than one unit of the same type in a stack. One can be upgraded but not the others. Why is this? The manual is silent on upgrades.

Could be a resource issue, if you were away from home the resource would be unavailable but perhaps not required for another unit.Originally posted by Jim Cobb

If you have Iron and Horses, you have Knghts. There isn't a limited supply issue, and units are always considered to be connected to your empire somehow.
Most likely a cash supply problem, but if half the stack has attacked and the other half hasn't, then you'd only upgrade that parts that din't move.Comment
