Heh, I voted for StarLightDeath/EyesOfNight. I have been voting for him off and on for a while now. He has certainly had a big impact on civ for a number of years now. Its like Time's Man of the Year. Doesn't go to the "best" person, but the person who had the most impact. So Hitler got it once. heh. This is a nice feature about Apolyton. Since traditionally, the civ3 forum participants have been underrepresented in the voting, I agree with Nikolai - folks should vote.
I don't think a vote once or twice a year for this bogs anything down. There are a lot of great, energetic, new posters just starting to participate in Apolyton. This is a nice way to get involved in the community
