Keep everyone happy!

I found a good strategy that seems to keep everyone happy. Only accept open borders in trades. Not trading any technologies will slow things down, but it seems to maintain peace throughout the game. And give tribute when they ask for it.

No one ever seems to gain any dislikes using this strategy besides religion and close borders, and in some events civics. If playing a spiritual leader, it's easy to swtich back to the civic after about 5 turns if they demand it. I've played a game using agressive AIs and it just delays the time it takes to get open borders and that's about it.

I bestow gifts if they are behind me and always trade resources. Being ware of trading with your friends enemies will give you some good friends and some enemies. I prefer this situation.
