Savegame right before Diplomacy lockup

Every now and then when a leader contacts me I the computer locks up and I have to reboot, but it in the past it happened somewhat randomly. Now I have a savegame where it happens every time the next turn. Next turn, Stonehenge finishes, the map recenters, and the Incas contact me all at once, and the game locks up in the diplomacy screen every time.

Before the inevitable muckraking begins, can someone tell me where I can send the savegame (and logs if needed) so that it can do the most good?

I'll go ahead an post the savegame here and see if anyone else experiences the same thing.

End the turn, and the sequence above should happen, including the lockup at Incan contact.

Does not lock up here on 1.09. I made peace with the Incas and saved the game. Does it work for you from there on?

From there on, it reverts to its semi-random crashing. I'm also on 1.09.

There's something about the sequence in my savegame that it chokes on every time. It's probably something my somewhat esoteric video card (Radeon All in Wonder 8500) is choking on.
