Well, I finally got my copy of Civ4 which made me happy to no end. I read through the manuel (after looking at this site there seemed to be TONS different from Civ3) and then began playing my first game. As the English I built the Oracle in London and promptly chose Code of Laws as my free tech (the computer had beaten me to every religion so far and the idea of founding one seemed like a good idea) and I got the little talk from Nemoy about the discovery, but when I looked at the religion menu, it said Confusism hadn't been founded! I loaded my game and picked Theology instead with the same result, I got the Tech, with all the buildings that it allowed me to build, but I didn't found the religion. Is this a bug and I just need to get a patch or what?
