My Instant Replay Problem

I don't see the notices in my post game replays of my own cities being founded.

All the AI cities are given the little white dot on the map and the notice in the event list. Mine get nothing, just more of my color on the map where they were founded. Anything else my civ has done is there correctly. I feel like my first few replays were alright, but then before the patch came out I stopped seeing my cities. Then after the patch the problem persisted.

This happened before I ever used a single mod, and persists when I have used mods.

Yeah, I forgot about it, but that happened to me too! I should be able to reproduce it, too, since I have the 1962 AD save of my AU101 game (I won in 1963).
