What aspect/feature of Civ4 do you like the least?

Yeah I don't like that at all. But to be honest, if Civ3 didn't have that I would never miss it. Some of the best things in Civ3 (like those settings, Civilopedia, advisors) are left out which is a bit a shame. I hope they will either add it with a patch or otherwise add it to an expansion.

Please, don't put 11 new civilizations in the expansion, improve the game. I know everybody will say it needed to be in the standard game, but I don't care, I'll buy it
