Weird - I can play but no start movie or wonder movies

Is this the rendering issue? My screen just goes blah with colours. I can escape out of it though and get back to the game....

Also, the desktop short cut turned up as an execute box, not an icon????

I too had this happen on a couple of games

never found out why
but what I did to resolve was refresh the screen and then restarted the computer

It worked for me hope it works for you
