Where is the World Builder!?

I may sound incredibly stupid when it comes to this stuff...


But where is the World Builder?! To make individual maps from scratch! All I can find is the one in game to edit the game youve already started... do you have to do that and erase everything? Or is there a world builder like Civ3?

I don't like this one bit! Anybody help me out!?

I could only find the option to edit the current map, but the editing options are quite advanced.
The only things you cannot do are choose which Civs are playing.

Its titled bad, but it is an editor that uses BMP files to make a map, and walks you through other editing steps.

As far as changing what civs are playing against you with the regular WB, just open up the saved WB file with a text editor. You can chage just about every game option that way.

Not having a genuine map editor in the game distressed me somewhat, because doing it through the game makes it run extremely slow and clunky, and I didn't feel the interface on the World Builder was all that intuitive to begin with.
