Did anyone else buy the collectors edition and have their tech tree poster come in french?

My understanding is that they are waiting for the French who received English tech trees to mail theirs in. Then they will in turn mail the French posters that we send in to France. Get it?

Did you not get the notice that you have to send in your French tech poster in order to get one in English?
