Is there a way to see base resource collection in the DA screen? sans specialists?

I would like to see a cities base resource collection instead of one modified by specialists. Is there a way to see this in game or perhaps a mod? Thanks.

Hover your pointer over the reported amount of resources; there is a tooltip that pops up to tell you the base amount and what additive factors create the amount shown.

Oh wait. But is that info available in the Domestic Advisor screen? I like to be able to get an overview of where various building would do the most good based on base resources.
