I believe this should be quite an easy mod. It's been one I've been meaning to make for a while. If it involves what I think it does, should only take half an hour or so.Comment

Yeah, nukes are WEAK. And not only that, but once you've built the SDI (which doesn't take long) and a few bunkers in your cities they are almost completely useless. They cost even more than modern armour, stealth bombers and artillery and they are many times less effective.
Why did Firaxis 'neuter' nukes? And why no tactical nukes able to be transported on submarines?
