Different Game, Same Map

Are there no random maps in Civ IV? Or are the maps generated by a very small set of random seeds?

The reason I asked is because I've gotten the exact same map in 3 seperate games.

1 before the patch, 2 afterwards. 1 single player and 2 multi.

Yeah, it was great knowing where everyone was, but I wanted a NEW map. One I had never seen before.

This is a known issue I believe. Try using custom game instead of new game.
